The position offers autonomy, impact, and the chance to influence organizational strategy at the highest level. - Lead and develop FP&A and Accounting teams, ensuring high-quality, accurate financial reporting and analysis. - Build and maintain budgeting, forecasting, and financial models to guide strategic decision-making. - Serve as the primary point of contact for executive leadership, board members, and investors on financial matters. - Drive financial strategy for fundraising, capital allocation, and ROI analyses. - Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, payroll accuracy, and compliance within financial systems. - Partner with cross-functional teams to provide actionable insights and improve organizational financial performance. - Build scalable systems, tools, and processes that enable efficient, high-quality reporting and decision-making. Qualifications - 10+ years of progressive experience in finance, preferably in healthcare or related regulated industries. - Prior experience as VP of Finance, Controller, or equivalent senior finance leadership role. - Deep knowledge of FP&A, accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. - Experience with healthcare value-based contract economics and financial frameworks. - Proven track record of building and scaling finance teams and infrastructure. - Experience supporting or leading fundraising processes, including investor reporting and due diligence. - Highly self-directed, detail-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, high-change environment. - Strong Excel skills and familiarity with financial software (experience with Netsuite preferred). - CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred; experience with managed Medicaid a plus. - Excellent communication, collaboration, and team-building skills.
