Licensed Clinical Social Worker Location: Kentucky Setting: Remote/Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Job Summary: We are looking for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide telehealth therapy and clinical support for clients across Kentucky. This position centers on helping people navigate emotional, behavioral, and situational challenges through consistent treatment, practical guidance, and well-documented care. You will play a key role in helping clients stabilize, set goals, and move forward with the right support plan in place. Responsibilities: - Deliver virtual psychotherapy sessions to assigned clients - Complete psychosocial assessments and establish treatment priorities - Develop, review, and adjust treatment plans based on clinical progress - Document all sessions, assessments, and care updates accurately - Recognize crisis situations and follow proper intervention procedures - Provide referrals to community or specialty resources when appropriate - Communicate with interdisciplinary providers as needed for continuity of care - Maintain a productive full-time caseload during weekday business hours
Job Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work
- Active Kentucky LCSW license in good standing
- Experience in mental health counseling, outpatient care, or telehealth preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving ability
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
- Proficiency with EHR platforms and virtual therapy tools

In this flexible, home-based role, BCBAs will work within a 75-mile radius of one or more of the following Texas locations: Nacogdoches, Kaufman, Dallas/Ft. Worth, Terrell, and Longview.
