Role Description We are seeking experienced and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our growing team as remote consultants. In this flexible, home-based role, BCBAs will work within a 75-mile radius of one or more of the following Texas locations: Nacogdoches, Kaufman, Dallas/Ft. Worth, Terrell, and Longview. You will partner with families and supervise RBTs (Registered Behavior Technicians) who provide direct in-home services. This is an independent contractor position, offering the autonomy to set your own schedule while making a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families via telehealth consultations. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct assessments (e.g., FBA, VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R) and develop individualized treatment plans. - Provide ongoing supervision and support to RBTs working directly with clients. - Deliver direct telehealth and in-home BCBA services as clinically appropriate. - Train caregivers and collaborate with families to promote generalization of skills. - Maintain accurate, timely documentation and adhere to all professional and ethical guidelines set by the BACB. - Coordinate with internal staff to ensure quality service delivery and clinical integrity. Qualifications - Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB. - Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field. - Texas-based, residing within 75 miles of Nacogdoches, Kaufman, Dallas/Ft. Worth, Terrell, or Longview. - Reliable transportation and ability to travel for in-home visits as needed. - Access to a secure and private home office environment for telehealth sessions. - Strong communication, organizational, and clinical decision-making skills. - Must pass background check and meet any additional state requirements. - Professional liability insurance (required for independent contractors). - Experience working in home-based or telehealth ABA services preferred.
