Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor Location: Kentucky Setting: Remote/Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Job Summary: We are seeking a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor to deliver virtual mental health services to clients throughout Kentucky. The work focuses on assessment, counseling, treatment planning, and ongoing support that helps clients manage symptoms and make progress in everyday life. This role is ideal for someone who values clear clinical structure, steady caseload management, and strong patient communication in a remote care environment. Responsibilities: - Conduct telehealth counseling sessions with adult or adolescent clients - Perform initial assessments and document presenting concerns - Create individualized treatment plans and measurable clinical goals - Provide evidence-based therapy and monitor treatment progress - Complete progress notes, updates, and discharge documentation on time - Identify safety concerns and respond using appropriate clinical protocols - Coordinate care with internal teams or outside providers when needed - Maintain compliance with all telehealth and clinical documentation standards

Job Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Counseling or a related behavioral health field
  • Active Kentucky LPCC license in good standing
  • Clinical experience in outpatient or telehealth settings preferred
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain professional boundaries remotely
  • Strong written documentation and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with EHR systems and video-based care delivery
