Account Manager
Inspired Thinking Group (ITG)
• Represent ITG as a trusted and strategic advisor, owning relationships with key decision makers for ITG’s most strategic accounts • Collaborate with internal & external agency partners to drive creative and media strategies, including dollar allocations, execution & reporting • Develop actionable briefs and SOWs and effectively lead kick-off meetings and consistently advise internal account and creative team • Manage timelines, calendars, and planning tools • Stays informed on industry trends, competitors, regulations, and related insights to address client needs proactively • Support quarterly business meetings • Provide clients with guidance, support, and critical thinking on industry innovations, trends, and new approaches with appropriate rationale to keep things fresh and updated while showcasing knowledge of industry best practices • Keep all client assets on-brand
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of account management experience at an agency, media company, or digital marketing company
- Reside and work in the Portland, OR area
- Strategic thinking, with an entrepreneurial mindset, passionate about solving business problems for clients
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills required
- Ability to strategize effective campaigns, develop client recommendations across various channels, and manage campaign components post-approval
- Confident in understanding and meeting clients’ expectations
- Strong collaborator, adept at working with internal and external partners to drive strategic project execution, and insightful reporting
- Excellent organizational skills to manage high volumes of information in deadline-driven environments
- Prior client management experience in the digital gaming industry a plus; or digital gaming knowledge
