• Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain Elixir services that drive PDQ's products • Work across the entire technology stack, from code to infrastructure • Work with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) tools as necessary for building current project work • Collaborate with teams to deliver on project priorities within deadlines • Work with customers and team members on technical issues including software outages, security risks, maintenance, deployment, customer support tickets • Conduct research and prototyping efforts with little oversight • Exchange constructive, respectful, and frank code reviews with your peers • Preparing for and participating in team meetings

• Design and implement server-side services using Kotlin, Java, and Spring WebFlux • Build and maintain fault-tolerant, high-throughput data pipelines • Develop and maintain high-performance APIs • Collaborate closely with frontend engineers to integrate user-facing features • Contribute to PostgreSQL schema design and optimization • Improve system throughput and reliability through profiling, tuning, and performance testing • Scale services horizontally in a cloud-native environment • Integrate performance and reliability checks into CI pipelines • Participate in weekly standups, code reviews, and architectural discussions

• Configure, manage, and customize Salesforce CPQ with Sales lifecycle Management. • Own Product Catalog setup (Products, Options, Bundles, Configuration Rules, Pricing, Discounting, Quote Templates). • Apply CPQ Price methodology and manage amendments, renewals, and add ons lifecycle. • Integrate Salesforce CPQ with external systems via APIs/connectors if required. • Develop solutions using Apex, Triggers, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows. • Design and implement scalable, optimized solutions to meet evolving business needs. • Provide operational support, bug fixes, enhancements, and follow Salesforce best practices. • Sandbox Management and CI/CD (e.g., Copado, Gearset, or GitHub). • Work on integrations with external tools & systems (Workato, JIRA, BI tools) as needed. • Own onboarding and offboarding activities for Salesforce users, ensuring proper access provisioning, deactivation, and license optimization. • Maintain security, compliance, and audit controls across GTM systems. • Provide end-user support for configuration issues, access requests, and business process troubleshooting. • Act as the primary technical POC for GTM stakeholders. • Translate business requirements into technical design, estimates, and deliverables in Agile projects. • Partner with Product and GTM leadership to align Salesforce roadmap with business priorities. • Ensure data model integrity across CPQ and core Salesforce objects. • Contribute to security reviews, data governance, and compliance. • Document solutions, mentor peers, and promote Salesforce development best practices.
