Key Responsibilities - Build deep executive relationships with C‑suite, VP‑level, and Director‑level leaders to understand strategic priorities and long‑term business challenges. - Grow market share by expanding Omnicell’s solution footprint within assigned acute care hospitals and health systems. - Achieve revenue goals, consistently meeting and exceeding quarterly and annual quota targets. - Lead strategic account planning by setting mutual performance objectives, implementation milestones, and joint success metrics with customers. - Connect customer needs to value by analyzing operational, financial, and clinical challenges and mapping them to Omnicell solutions. - Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations that showcase Omnicell’s value propositions and inspire confidence across all organizational levels. - Identify cross‑sell opportunities, including replacement products, new solutions, and expanded services. - Develop robust account‑specific business plans, updating them regularly to reflect progress, risk, and growth pathways. - Execute on KPIs to build a strong pipeline, increase customer satisfaction, and strengthen long‑term loyalty. - Serve as a trusted customer liaison, ensuring quick resolution of issues and seamless coordination with internal resources. - Negotiate and finalize hospital contracts, ensuring alignment with financial targets and customer objectives. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience in a healthcare sales environment, or successful completion of Omnicell’s Field Development certification program. - OR High School Diploma and 3+ years of experience in a healthcare sales environment.
