• Maintains integrity of accounting information and systems, in accordance with standards and rules under GAAP • Reconciles, analyzes and synthesizes financial data from business operations • Plays an active role in preparation of public financial statements, including balance sheet, income statements, SEC filings, DOI reports and other regulatory reports • May evaluate or support the evaluation of company and regional profitability, efficiency and product performance • Stops accounting policy and participates in internal and external audits • Performs simple to moderately complex accounting activities to maintain complete and accurate general ledger • Supports accounting in preparation of financial statements • Prepares journal entries, reconciles accounts and financial records, performs monthly and quarterly fluctuation analysis; creates reports • Performs various month end and quarter end close activities • Assists with external, internal audit and corporate compliance requests, including compliance with Sarbanes Oxley Act • Assists with special projects including process improvement initiatives

• Ensure the integrity of accounting information by recording, verifying, consolidating, and entering transactions • Prepare and record asset, liability, revenue, and expenses entries by compiling and analyzing account information • Maintain and balance subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, and reconciling transactions and resolving discrepancies • Maintain general ledger by transferring subsidiary accounts, preparing a trial balance, and reconciling entries • Summarize financial status by collecting information and preparing balance sheet, profit and loss, and other statements • Produce payroll by initiating computer processing; printing checks, verifying finished product • Complete external audit by analyzing and scheduling general ledger accounts and providing information for auditors • Secure financial information by completing database backups • Prepare revenue projections and forecasting expenditure • Investigate and resolve audit findings, account discrepancies, and issues of non-compliance • Protect organization’s value by keeping information confidential • Perform other accounting duties and support junior staff as required or assigned • Ad hoc duties as assigned

• Responsible for the daily accounting operations • Responsible for the full set of accounts and ensuring timely and accurate periodic financial close and reporting • Responsible for maintaining accurate records and supporting documentation • Responsible for the preparation of Accounts Receivable & Payable on a timely basis • Liaise with creditors and debtors when required • Leverage digital tools, including AI-enabled solutions, to improve efficiency, accuracy, and workflows within accounting processes • Perform any other task as assigned by the Accounts Manager

• Oversee daily accounting activities including general ledger, AP, AR, payroll coordination, and bank reconciliations • Manage accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes • Prepare and review financial statements and management reports • Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, internal policies, and applicable healthcare regulations • Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets • Partner closely with the CFO, Controller, and executive leadership • Support accounting for medical imaging solutions, software licensing, services, and long-term projects • Collaborate with operations and project teams to ensure accurate cost and revenue alignment
