• Responsible for the daily accounting operations • Responsible for the full set of accounts and ensuring timely and accurate periodic financial close and reporting • Responsible for maintaining accurate records and supporting documentation • Responsible for the preparation of Accounts Receivable & Payable on a timely basis • Liaise with creditors and debtors when required • Leverage digital tools, including AI-enabled solutions, to improve efficiency, accuracy, and workflows within accounting processes • Perform any other task as assigned by the Accounts Manager
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in handling full set of accounts
- Degree in Accounting / Finance / ACCA or equivalent
- Prior audit experience will be an added advantage
- Experience with accounting software (Netsuite) and CRM (Salesforce)
- Understanding and knowledge of accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations
- Meticulous and able to handle a fast-paced environment
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and/or NetSuite ERP accounting software will be added bonus
