Job Requirements

  • 1-2 Years Experience in Customer Service
  • Bilingual – Fluently Speak, Read, and Write in Spanish/English
  • Availability to work from Monday to Friday between the hours of 8:30AM and 5:00PM PST
  • You will need a quiet, distraction-free workspace with reliable internet access.
  • Customer support experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to multitask across various platforms and tools while providing assistance.
