• Chaplains use their gifts and talents to serve company employees and their immediate families. • Makes brief visits to company worksites regularly (usually weekly) to interact with employees to build a relationship of trust and friendship motivated by the Chaplain’s deep Christian faith. • Visits employees or immediate family members wherever care can be expressed and help given: hospitals, nursing homes, funeral homes, family residences, or other sites. • May provide confidential pastoral discussions for problem issues of employees and their immediate family members including, but not limited to family matters, divorce, serious illness, care of aging parents, death and grief recovery, parenting, financial situations that may include debt discussions, budgeting, and other life issues related to financial stress, as well as any other personal issues. • May assist in the planning, conduct or attend funerals for employees or immediate family members, including follow-up support and encouragement to immediate family members during the grief period. • Works with companies to serve notifications of death and serious injuries to families and other employees, encouraging those impacted by various tragedies. • May provide post-termination care for laid-off or terminated employees in order to foster a smooth transition to another work environment. • Participates in new employee orientation to explain the Employee Care Service and the role of the Chaplain Team.

• Responsible for in-office and remote training of CAD/CAM equipment portfolio. • Follow protocols and checklists for in office training of various CAD/CAM equipment. • Work in conjunction with service department to ensure that all pre-installation requirements are met. • Liaise with dental practice to coordinate training, communicate training schedule and requirements. • Educate the office on the technology and assist with e-learning and/or hands-on training. • Provide feedback and coaching. • Proper administration of online support, instruction, and follow-up. • Assist in development of internal training programs to educate sales, service and training staff on new developments. • Provide feedback to management team on any issues or portfolio suggestions that arise. • Communicate openly and honestly and provide ideas for optimization and improved training and integration experience. • Develop and maintain relationships with market participants such as Manufacturers. • Adhere to all Canadian Privacy laws and standards. • Other duties as assigned.

• Provide nutritional support and counseling to our patients with diverse health and wellness needs • Coaching through our telehealth format through phone calls and secure messaging with members • Document and communicate nutritional care plans in accordance with established standards of practice • Collaborate with team members to provide patient-centered care • Participate in monthly Case Reviews with fellow RD’s to contribute the success of the team • Get licensed and credentialed to meet the requirements of our clients

• Provide psychiatric and substance use disorder treatment to our patients • Services will be provided remotely, through telemedicine • Completion of validated rating scales documentation and treatment plans • Care coordination for patients including psychological testing, medical referrals, resources, peer supports, housing and other social determinants otherwise identified
