Role Description We are seeking a highly experienced CoE (Center of Excellence) Technical Expert to join our Global Partner Technical Enablement team. This senior-level role will drive technical excellence, partner capability development, and architectural best practices across the AMER region. Your mission is to empower Partners by translating Hitachi Vantara’s product portfolio into winning solutions for customer challenges. Beyond technical consultation, you will take ownership of Event and Program Management, designing and executing both physical and virtual enablement sessions that inspire and educate our Partner community. What You’ll be Doing - Partner Technical Enablement & Ecosystem Development (Primary Focus) - Design and implement partner enablement programs and technical support frameworks. - Deliver structured onboarding programs, train and mentor partner architects and sales engineers across regions. - Deliver in-depth technical training covering product portfolio, use cases, competitive positioning, and value propositions. - Drive adoption of partner portal content and internal pre-sales tools available for partners. - Organize and lead regional and international partner events, workshops, and executive briefings. - Collaborate cross-functionally with Technical Experts, Partner Account Managers, Engineering, and Marketing teams to align enablement strategies. - Establish best practices and standardized approaches across the AMER partner ecosystem. - Approach Partner challenges with a "people-first" mindset, finding creative ways to align our technology with their business goals. - Solution Architecture & Partner Advisory - Guide partners in architecting scalable enterprise data infrastructure solutions, including storage, networking, converged and hyperconverged systems, data protection, hybrid cloud, and AI/ML environments. - Provide strategic technical leadership in RFP and RFI responses. - Mentor partners’ Pre-Sales and Solution Architects in designing competitive, cost-effective solutions aligned with customer needs. - Participate in customer meetings as a senior technical advisor to support complex opportunities. - Serve as an escalation point for advanced technical inquiries and solution validation. - Technical Thought Leadership & Content Development - Develop high-impact technical enablement materials, including presentations, solution briefs, demo environments, and product documentation. - Deliver keynote presentations and represent the company at major industry conferences and executive events. - Promote innovation and best practices across the partner technical community. - Contribute to continuous improvement of enablement methodologies and technical standards.
