Finance and Administrative Specialist
Jonas Software
• Maintain client license database and records in FieldPoint, GP, and MatterLink • Manage client invoicing (contracts, add-ons, new sales, PS services) • Oversee contract renewals, price increases, and notifications • Ensure compliance with tax status and billing laws • Enter and manage AP/AR, vendor contracts, renewals, and employee expenses • Reconcile accounts (PS, 3rd party, sales, attrition) • Manage concessions, credit memos, and write-offs • Oversee vendor renewals, facilities contracts, and SOC2 compliance documentation • Prepare and maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports • Support strategic pricing and revenue analysis discussions • Support forecasting reviews by compiling and analyzing data • Manage incoming calls, emails, and mail • Oversee office and IT supplies, copier contracts, and postage accounts • Support company events, outings, and internal communications • Manage web access portal & software downloads
Job Requirements
- 1-2 year experience in business administration or accounting/finance
- Familiarity with enterprise business systems
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel)
- Effective analytical skills to sort, check and verify accounting figures
- Strong organizational, time management, analytical, and communication skills
- Extreme attention to detail
- Expert problem solver
- Good communication skills
