• Make 150–250+ outbound calls daily using Apollo, JustCall, Elto, Orum, Nooks, Aircall, or similar power dialers. • Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn. • Prospect and engage decision-makers, including business owners, presidents, estimators, chief estimators, project managers, operations managers, and office managers. • Introduce VASL’s estimating, takeoff, pricing, and financial services to prospective clients. • Understand each prospect’s bidding process, estimating capacity, and operational challenges. • Qualify opportunities and schedule discovery meetings for the sales team. • Build targeted prospect lists using Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, BuildingConnected, PlanHub, and other available resources. • Maintain accurate CRM records and consistently follow up with prospects. • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly outreach and meeting goals.

• Own delivery for assigned clients, ensuring clarity, momentum, and follow-through. • Act as the primary point of continuity for clients throughout engagements. • Ensure clients are informed on progress and next steps. • Gather inputs and ensure deliverables are complete for client work. • Translate raw outputs into polished client-facing deliverables. • Maintain records of client commitments and decisions.

• Manage project plans, timelines, deliverables, and action items. • Track commitments, deadlines, open questions, and next steps. • Prepare client meeting notes, summaries, and follow-up communications. • Coordinate weekly client progress updates that clearly communicate: Completed work, Work in progress, Upcoming priorities, Decisions or inputs required. • Maintain organized project documentation, trackers, and client folders. • Identify project risks, delays, or bottlenecks and raise concerns proactively. • Ensure clients feel informed, supported, and confident in project progress. • Coordinate and publish LinkedIn content, blog posts, website updates, and marketing campaigns. • Support referral campaigns, podcast outreach, and business development initiatives. • Maintain content calendars and project schedules. • Assist with content formatting, scheduling, and distribution. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather information and move projects forward. • Support the creation and organization of sales and marketing assets. • Support leadership with project organization and execution management. • Maintain project trackers, reports, and internal documentation. • Organize digital assets and ensure information is easy to locate. • Monitor project progress and maintain accountability across stakeholders. • Recommend process improvements and next steps when opportunities arise.
• Design high-quality visual assets (social media posts, carousels, infographics, website visuals, presentations, case studies, etc.) • Create and edit short-form video content, including motion graphics and basic animations • Maintain strong visual consistency with brand guidelines across all assets and channels • Produce PDF and offline marketing collateral (brochures, one-pagers, slide decks) • Proofread all marketing content for grammar, clarity, tone, and accuracy before final delivery • Perform detailed QA checks covering spelling, punctuation, alignment, layout, and visual balance • Review assets holistically to ensure both visual quality and messaging consistency • Contribute to content planning discussions, bringing a visual perspective to how stories are told across formats • Suggest format adaptations and creative approaches to maximize engagement across LinkedIn, email, and web • Support content calendar execution by aligning visual asset production to planned campaign cadences • Collaborate with the Product Manager, Marketing Support Specialist and broader team to understand requirements and refine creative outputs • Clearly communicate design decisions and rationale when presenting work • Operate effectively in a feedback-heavy, iterative environment with fast turnaround expectations
• Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat • Assist with orders, shipping, returns, and product questions • Manage shipments using ShipStation • Troubleshoot delivery issues and order errors • Process refunds, replacements, and updates • Answer reviews • Identify repetitive customer questions and patterns • Help implement AI tools and automation to handle FAQs (order status, shipping, returns, etc.) • Create and refine response templates and knowledge base content • Train and improve AI responses to match brand voice • Monitor performance and suggest improvements to reduce support volume
• Edit and produce short-form video content for: TikTok • Instagram Reels • YouTube Shorts • Transform raw footage into: Engaging, fast-paced edits • Story-driven narratives • Consistent, on-brand visual content • Incorporate essential editing elements, including: Professionally styled, burned-in subtitles • Appropriate music and sound effects • Seamless transitions and optimized pacing for audience retention • Utilize AI-based tools to: Enhance editing efficiency and workflow • Generate content variations where required • Maintain quality while improving turnaround time

• Conduct thorough research on ecommerce trends, competitors, and industry topics • Write and optimize SEO-friendly content for product pages, landing pages, and blog posts • Source and suggest images that complement and enhance written content • Collaborate with SEO and marketing teams on content strategy and keyword targeting • Edit and proofread to ensure quality, clarity, and brand consistency • Stay current on ecommerce trends, SEO best practices, and algorithm updates
