Principal, Marketing Operations

• Oversee the marketing tech stack, including marketing automation tools (HubSpot), and analytics platforms. Ensure seamless integration and functionality. • Partner with demand generation, events, content marketing, and sales teams to enhance campaign efficiency, tracking, and conversion rates. • Design, manage, and communicate lead lifecycle stages and routing logic. • Oversee gathering of data for marketing KPIs channel spend ROI and reporting for tracking lead quality, pipeline impact (through sale), and revenue attribution. • Help manage marketing spend, forecast ROI, and optimize investments in paid media, tools, and vendors. • Design scalable processes that enhance team productivity, reduce friction, and support rapid company growth. • Ensure data compliance, GDPR adherence, and best practices in marketing operations and customer privacy.

Job Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing operations, demand generation, or growth marketing at a SaaS company.
  • Proven expertise in marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data, optimize campaigns, and present both data and relevant analysis to both peers and senior leadership team.
  • Experience with lead scoring, lifecycle marketing, and revenue attribution modeling.
  • Excellent project management, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Deep understanding of both B2C and B2B SaaS go-to-market strategies and pipeline generation.
  • Familiarity with ABM, paid media, SEO, marketing analytics, reading/writing SQL is a plus.
