Job Description

Veterinary Call Center Operator

Ethos Veterinary Health

• Answer multiple line phone system • Transfer calls quickly and accurately • Assist in emergency situations by expediting calls to triage staff members • Knowledge of extension numbers to reach employees throughout the network • Utilize voice mail and paging system • Assist clients with direction to network hospitals • Troubleshoot problem calls • Understand the appointment scheduler program for exams and procedures • Answer general veterinary information questions regarding the hospitals • Inform and assist clients on navigating and using our website

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least ONE YEAR of successful Call Center or Medical facility experience preferred
  • At least ONE YEAR of successful Hospitality Industry experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience with a call volume of 80+ calls per day preferred
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Must be computer literate; basic computer skills with ability to navigate new software.
  • Fluent English skills (speaking & reading) are required for the role; fluency in multiple languages a plus!
