BDR – Campus Partnerships

Juno Search Partners

• Multi-channel outreach: Reach student orgs via Instagram DMs, email, LinkedIn, and GroupMe to introduce Juno and secure partnerships • Activate partnerships: Get org leaders to share Juno with members through group chats, social posts, emails, and meetings • Build relationships: Maintain ongoing contact with student org officers, provide resources when requested, and foster long-term partnerships • Execute and iterate: Follow the playbook, but adapt messaging based on what's working. High bias to action with willingness to pivot • Track and report: Log outreach activity, partnerships activated, and student sign-ups in CRM. Share learnings with the team • Support presentations: Coordinate webinars, lunch-and-learns, and educational events when orgs request them

Job Requirements

  • Recent grad (0-3 years out) or current grad student who understands student org culture.
  • Preference for former student org leaders, student athletes, Greek life members, or campus ambassadors
  • Comfortable with social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok native)
  • Can craft casual, authentic messages that resonate with busy student org officers
  • Not afraid to communicate via Instagram DMs, send cold emails, and work LinkedIn
  • Ship outreach fast, test what works, iterate quickly
  • When one channel isn't working, you pivot to another without being told

Role Description The Field Reimbursement Manager will be responsible for ensuring that target accounts within their geography understand the necessary steps to receive reimbursement through the appropriate payer when ordering UroGen products, consistent with company compliance policies, company procedures, and approved materials. The focus will be on key urology accounts and relevant institutions including hospitals and ambulatory surgery centers.
