• Identify, source, and onboard new partners across the Venture Capital and Private Equity landscape • Build strong relationships with partners across their investment and operating teams • Help define the playbook to scale the program across many possible partners • Develop and manage joint go-to-market strategies with partners • Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and customer success • Track and report on partner performance, pipeline influence, and overall impact on business metrics • Experiment with new partnership models, incentives, and outreach strategies
Job Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in partnerships (from early stage), business development, or sales roles at a SaaS, fintech, banks, or have an Investment Banking background
- Enjoy building new programs from the ground up
- Strong communicator with executive presence
- Thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
- Can identify key stakeholders across partners
- Proactive, self-directed, and take ownership without waiting for permission
