What You’ll Bring - Drive strategic business relationships to cultivate new business opportunities within large healthcare organizations, health plans, staffing agencies, and telehealth firms. - Map large enterprise accounts by identifying and engaging with key influencers, decision makers, and sponsors. - Develop detailed strategic plans for account acquisition and growth, aligning with overall business objectives and targets. - Collaborate and coordinate with internal teams to ensure client goals and objectives are clearly defined and achieved. - Follow a disciplined and methodical sales process, such as MEDDPICC, to manage sales pursuits and increase the likelihood of winning, mitigate risk, and drive forecast accuracy. - Operate independently throughout all stages of the sales process, including the preparation of proposals, negotiations, and contract finalization. - Maximize client contracting structures and negotiate terms to close agreements within mutually agreed timelines. - Ability to creatively solution opportunities to meet customer needs. - Collect client feedback to drive customer engagement and inform the product roadmap, suggesting improvements based on client needs. - Leverage existing professional relationships to create new opportunities for Axuall and build funnel growth.
