Role Description As an Account Executive at Blockaid, you will be pivotal in driving the adoption and sales of our on-chain security solutions. You will own the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, working closely with enterprise prospects to understand their needs and deliver solutions that safeguard against fraud and scams in the Web3 space. - Build and own the full sales process, including prospecting, negotiation, closing, renewals, upsells, and client satisfaction. - Engage with potential customers, understand their needs, and clearly articulate how Blockaid’s solutions address them. - Develop long-term, trusted relationships with senior executives and technical stakeholders at enterprise accounts. - Drive technology adoption and develop transformational account strategies that deliver measurable business value. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales Engineering, Product, Professional Services, Partners, ISVs) to achieve customer outcomes. - Provide customer feedback to product and engineering teams to shape product development. - Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and ensure accurate reporting within the CRM. - Track, analyze, and optimize sales campaigns and processes for continuous improvement. - Represent Blockaid with professionalism and urgency, ensuring responsiveness and high customer satisfaction. Qualifications - 4+ years of quota-carrying experience in an Account Executive role selling SaaS, PaaS, or IaaS to enterprises and C-level executives. - Proven track record of sourcing, developing, negotiating, and closing large-scale enterprise technology deals. - Strong knowledge and passion for the crypto/blockchain industry. - Self-starter attitude with the ability to execute new ideas autonomously in a fast-paced startup environment. - Demonstrated success in creating long-term account strategies and driving technology adoption. - Strong proficiency in CRM systems (forecasting, dashboards, reports; advanced configuration/development a plus). - Excellent communication skills (listening, verbal, and written) with the ability to translate customer pain points into value-driven solutions. - Experience managing multiple priorities and customer requests concurrently. - Cross-functional selling experience, collaborating with technical and business stakeholders. - Bonus: Ability to prepare and deliver financial reports to customers. Job Requirements
