Key Account Executive
OPENLANE, Inc.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients within your assigned book of business • Facilitate seamless communication across departments to provide efficient solutions to client issues • Develop and maintain competitive knowledge and expertise in areas of products, industry trends, and other developments • Understand and react to the competitive landscape • Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM • Adapt to changing priorities and provide support in unexpected situations • Maintain flexibility to accommodate the needs of clients, including occasional travel within the assigned book of business
Job Requirements
- College degree or equivalent professional experience
- 2-3+ years in a customer focused, industry specific, or account management position; preferred
- Superior communication skills, able to clearly articulate ideas and concepts
- Intermediate knowledge of both Microsoft Office and Google Suite products
- Demonstrable knowledge of CRM tools; Salesforce and Pipedrive strongly preferred
- Ability to blend sales acumen, outstanding interpersonal skills, and enthusiasm to stay flexible in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Ability and willingness to travel to or within assigned region, roughly 50% of the time every month

We’re looking for a Commercial Account Executive to join Procore’s Sales Team. In this role, you’ll apply an understanding of Procore’s products, sales methodology, processes, and prospecting techniques to acquire new strategic mid-sized customers that can benefit from Procore’s world-class project management tool for the construction industry. This position’s sole function is new account acquisition, where you’ll grow revenue with new product sales to our prospective leads. As a Commercial Account Executive, you’ll partner with Sales Development and Solution Engineer teams, to create and close new logo opportunities.
