Field Service Engineer

Role Description Are you ready to be a part of changing the game for pharmacy automation with next generation solutions? Come join us! The Field Engineer (FSE) provides the front line interface of ARxIUM systems to the customer. The FSE, under minimal supervision, and with broad scope of responsibility, performs field service activities involving the installation, maintenance, repair and modification of ARxIUM systems at a customer facility. The FSR must have excellent, customer-centered, communication skills. Please note that this position involves travel requirements. Qualifications - Diploma or degree in a technical field including, but not limited to: mechanical, electrical, computer, biomedical. - 3 - 5 years experience programming Allen-Bradley PLCs. - Conveyor and Automation experience. - Engineering and Electrical experience. - 7+ years of direct field service (or equivalent) experience troubleshooting and repairing computerized electro-mechanical systems. - 7+ years of experience working in a service capacity with direct customer interaction. Requirements - Perform software and hardware preventive and corrective maintenance. - Perform software and hardware emergency break fix service calls. - Refines and validates PLC Coding. - Works with the facility to schedule appropriate downtime for preventive and corrective maintenance. - Responsible for timely and accurate completion of all paperwork and reports. This includes ticket updates and closures, expenses, timesheets and other administrative requirements. - Responsible for following up on open issues, tickets and escalations. - Working outside normal business hours may be required to service products. - Performs other duties as required. Job Requirements

Proactively engage with other team members to ensure they are always aware of the status of all issues for their designated customers. • Escalate at-risk customers to the appropriate Arthrex team in a timely manner and work closely with internal partners and the customer to define and implement corrective action plans. • Up to 80% Travel Additional Duties & Responsibilities: All from prior levels, plus: · • Provide Level 1 LAN, VLAN, and networking support. • Collaborate with Technical Service and Engineering teams to define and implement corrective action plans for escalated customer sites. • Proactively engage with other team members to ensure they are always aware of status of all issues for their designated customers. • Responsible for assisting with DNS, subnets, DHCP, firewalls, switch configuration, and default gateways in development lab, and hospital sites. • Provide assistance with hardware testing validation and troubleshooting. This includes routers, network switches, encoders, decoders, and PCs. • Partner with Sales & Integration Teams to ensure smooth and well-documented transition to support for Synergy Matrix and Synergy.Net implementations. • Ensure timely and successful product upgrades. • Create/revise internal training/troubleshooting resources and perform service training. • Partner with Arthrex sales team to support prod Knowledge/Skills: • Strong time management and organization skills and ability to juggle multiple responsibilities. • Be available "after hours" or work a rotating On-Call schedule, including weekends, for critical issues and coverage, as necessary. The Territory Account Specialist is a diverse position that will be responsible for managing a territory of assigned accounts and focus on food safety and sanitation audits, chemical training, dispenser installation, and maintenance in regional and national retail accounts.
