Role Description The Technical Program Manager will serve as the central point of oversight for Priority RFQs and NPI programs, facilitating communication between executive leadership, project teams, and customers. This role is ideal for a structured, technically-savvy leader experienced in multi-site program coordination within a manufacturing or HVAC environment. This position requires strong cross-functional leadership skills, significant customer-facing interaction, and the ability to travel up to 50%, including to customer sites and SSW facilities.
