Account Manager – Targeted Accounts
BeOne Medicines
• Promotes BeOne’s Hematology and Solid Tumor products through calls on targeted physicians • Implements sales, marketing, and patient support programs to acquire and keep patients on BeOne products • Trains and educates physician support staff on proper use and handling of products • Maintains communication and integrates activities with Access and Customer Enterprise teams • Identifies prescribing trends and ensures proper resource allocation to opportunities • Completes all clinical training and administrative functions timely • Complies with applicable policies and procedures • Communicates insights proactively to marketing and sales leadership
Job Requirements
- B.A. / B.S. with previous pharmaceutical sales experience preferred
- 8 plus years’ experience in pharmaceutical sales & sales management, with significant oncology experience
- Self-starting, self-managing independent work style
- Dedicated to making customer service a priority
- Results oriented with a strategic focus on sales
- Experience in specialty sales, understanding of reimbursement, distribution, and managed care processes
- Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs)
- Familiarity with CRM software and proven track record of use
- Ability to actively engage in developing new business
- Proven track record of resilience in the face of challenges
