Role Description Are you a strategic, data-driven marketer who loves turning insights into channel-leading marketing campaigns and digital experiences? As a Marketing Director (STP), you’ll own the marketing strategy for several special initiatives focused on expanding our digital capabilities through GenAI, machine learning and gamification to deepen how we digitally engage with our independent agent partners. Reporting to the Director II, Marketing Strategy & Programs, you’ll partner cross-functionally to deliver on these initiatives, playing a critical leadership role in supporting our broader organizational strategic priorities. If you thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced, digital-first environment and want to join us in redefining what best-in-class agent-facing marketing and digital experiences look like, then this role is for you. - Lead marketing strategy for key agent-facing digital initiatives, expanding our ability to deepen our agent relationships and impact business priorities through data-driven GenAI, machine learning and gamification strategies. - Represent the Independent Agent Marketing team on select high-priority, strategic cross-functional workstreams, building relationships and driving buy-in across all levels of the organization. - Partner across our broader Independent Agent Marketing team to deliver hyper-targeted, data-driven campaigns that support our broader organizational strategic priorities. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree with a concentration in Marketing, Business Administration or Communications preferred or equivalent experience required. - MBA preferred. - Minimum 10 years of relevant and progressively more responsible experience within a marketing-driven organization. - Understanding of customer segmentation and management techniques, as well as the business and products supported and the regulations impacting them. - Requires advanced working knowledge of all marketing areas and the ability to integrate them. - Strong analytical, collaboration, organization, and presentation skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work on multiple priorities required. - Strong detail orientation. - Strong knowledge of relevant technologies. - Strong project management experience. - Excellent written and oral communication skills are required. - Prior advertising agency experience preferred. - Proactively seeks to apply new tactics and job skills, educate colleagues, and improve department's performance. - Demonstrates understanding of internal organization, cross-functional dynamics, and marketing impact on broader organization. - Displays an understanding of other functions’ goals and competing priorities. - Builds recommendations that proactively address competing priorities. - Proactively participates in cross-functional meetings to build relationships and expand knowledge.
