Business Development Representative

Acquis Consulting Group

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities for Acquis' Managed Services practice, with a focus on SAP Concur, Coupa, and Salesforce solutions. • Generate and develop a robust pipeline of qualified leads through strategic outbound prospecting and marketing initiatives. • Conduct discovery calls with prospects to understand their Application Management and Business Operations/Staff Augmentation needs and pain points. • Position Acquis' managed services to address client challenges. • Collaborate with senior sales leaders and practice leaders to develop compelling value propositions and proposals. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and opportunities in CRM system. • Research target accounts and develop account-specific outreach strategies. • Partner with marketing team to develop and execute targeted campaigns for managed services buyers. • Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual pipeline generation targets. • Stay current on SAP Concur, Coupa and Salesforce technology trends, product updates, and competitive landscape. • Support proposal development and participate in client presentations as needed. • Contribute to practice development through market insights and competitive intelligence gathering.

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of B2B sales or business development experience
  • Experience selling or working with T&E (SAP Concur, Emburse, Ramp, etc.), CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.), or procurement technology solutions (Coupa, Ariba, Ivalua, Basware, Zycus, etc.) strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding pipeline and revenue targets.
  • Experience with consultative selling and solution-based approaches.
  • Strong prospecting skills with ability to penetrate new accounts at executive levels.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to articulate complex solutions.
  • Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and sales enablement tools.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong business acumen with ability to understand client challenges and map solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
