Call Center Lead
Foundation for California Community Colleges
• Provide outstanding customer service and technical assistance to families accessing social services • Organize, direct, and oversee Call Center activities and staff • Maintain knowledge of program eligibility guidelines, benefits, and resources • Act as the first point of contact for agent support, providing technical assistance and de-escalating calls • Prepare, collect, and analyze reports for client use • Support queue management by monitoring incoming calls and assisting as needed • Conduct outbound outreach to families and individuals as required
Job Requirements
- Experience in customer service and call center operations
- Fluency in Spanish preferred but not required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Ability to work remotely and navigate various technology platforms (Zoom, MS Office Suite-Teams, Outlook, Salesforce Lightning, Google Suite, etc.)
