Join our dynamic Office of Information Technology (OIT) M365/Cloud Services Team and help deliver enterprise-level support for Microsoft 365 and related cloud technologies across all State of Alaska’s Executive Branch Departments. Qualifications - Enterprise Architecture: Knowledge of principles, concepts, and methods of enterprise architecture to align information technology (IT) strategy, plans, and systems with the mission, goals, structure, and processes of the organization. - Technical Documentation: Knowledge of procedures for developing technical and operational support documentation. - Identity Management: Knowledge of methods and controls to validate the identity of individuals to verify access approval and level, and monitor activity to ensure that only authorized access is taking place. • Plan and support technical activities across spacecraft programs • Manage system-level elements such as functional models, modes, interfaces, and requirements • Conduct risk assessments, trade-offs, and technical evaluations • Support subsystem and software design through multidisciplinary studies • Lead system assessments, baseline definitions, and budget planning • Contribute to configuration-controlled engineering documentation • Support product implementation, integration, verification, and validation at system and flight levels • Help improve and iterate on company-wide systems engineering processes

• Lead the design and integration of a zero-touch provisioning system for connected devices. • Oversee the implementation and optimization of wireless protocols including BLE, Thread, LoRa, and Wi-Fi. • Leverage Hardware-In-The-Loop and Test-Driven Development practices for device testing. • Oversee development and performance optimization of firmware for microprocessors and microcontrollers. • Collaborate with teams to define product and system requirements. • Mentor and support team in embedded systems development and compliance standards. • Troubleshoot and diagnose complex issues while implementing effective solutions.

• Support and at times lead discovery, design, configuration, and testing of Oracle Cloud O2C modules (AR, Billing, Collections, Credit, CDM), High Radius, and Billing Platform (or related billing and revenue recognition product) • Partner with senior BSAs and project leads to ensure solutions meet functional and compliance requirements • Document requirements, configurations, and test results to support auditability and readiness • Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Sales/Operations, IT, Product, and Engineering to gather requirements and validate solutions • Work with operational support counterparts to address system issues and integrate user feedback into enhancements • Serve as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency in O2C processes through automation, standardization, and Oracle capabilities • Assist in ensuring compliance with SOX, internal controls, and audit requirements by following established practices and documentation standards • Contribute to maintaining documentation for process and system changes • Stay current on Oracle Cloud quarterly releases and O2C features, contributing ideas for adoption • Participate in enablement sessions, workshops, and team knowledge-sharing activities • Explore exposure to AI and automation use cases in O2C (e.g., predictive collections, cash application automation)
