JOB DESCRIPTION: Job Summary The Regional Growth Manager identifies, engages, and converts growth opportunities across the North American retail travel market. The role drives acquisitions, strengthens network performance, and supports strategic execution of the regional growth plan. Job Responsibilities - Conduct regional market research to identify acquisition opportunities and assess untapped potential within networks. - Build and maintain an accurate Salesforce pipeline, ensuring proper lead documentation and follow-up. - Collaborate with Regional Directors and frontline teams to activate inactive branches or home-based agents. - Plan and coordinate regional participation in events, conferences, and trade shows. - Build strong internal relationships to align customer journeys, onboarding, and digital activation. - Analyze pipeline performance to refine strategy, address gaps, and replicate successful initiatives. Required Skills - Experience in Sales or Business Development, ideally in the retail travel sector. - Strong influencing and relationship-building skills across global teams. - Excellent presentation and communication skills. - Commercially minded with strong analytical capabilities. - Ability to manage multiple initiatives with agility and organization. - Familiarity with Tableau, Salesforce, or Sales Navigator is a plus. Required Tech Skills - Proficiency with Excel for reporting and analysis. - Comfort using CRM platforms such as Salesforce. - Familiarity with dashboards and digital marketing tools.
