Job Summary: The Global Delivery Division Lead has a multifaceted role in building and managing a high-performing team that supports the onboarding of new Clearwater clients. Their responsibilities include recruitment, retention, training, and motivating team members. They oversee performance management through 1-on-1s and reviews, facilitate career growth, and act as a knowledgeable escalation point for inquiries. They also implement metrics to measure project and process success, drawing on their expertise in financial instruments and accounting. They collaborate with product management to enhance client onboarding and ensure smooth knowledge transfer between teams. Responsibilities: - Manages a team size of 20-50 including individual contributors and other managers. - Determines how to meet assigned objectives received in this form. - Mitigates risks and ensures timely client implementation by participating in regularly scheduled senior and executive leadership steerco meetings with clients. - Recommends changes to policies and procedures that positively impact the organization. - Ensures client success and continued growth through regular engagement with senior and executive leadership. - Builds out market vision and ensures consistent client satisfaction messages across department leaders by participating with sales, product, and other ops team leaders. - Gains desired outcomes and drives continuous improvement by following existing processes and implementing new ones when applicable. - Supports team members in meeting schedules, resolving issues, and advancing career paths by acting as an advisor. - Administers schedules, performance requirements, and may have budget responsibilities while also developing them. Required skills: - Securities and financial markets knowledge. - Familiarity with accounting and reporting for fixed income, structured products, and/or derivatives. - Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office. - Excellent attention to detail and strong documentation skills. - Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. - Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. - Exceptional problem-solving abilities. Education and Experience: - Bachelor’s & Master’s in finance or math, accounting, economics. - 9+ years of relevant experience. Preferred background in Finance, Program Management, Accounting or Consulting. - Experience engaging with senior and executive leaders. - Experience with Project Management tools. Salary Range $144,000.00 - $204,000.00This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, benefits include: health/vision/dental insurance, 401(k), PTO, parental leave, and medical leave, STD/LTD insurance benefits.
