Role Description The Director, Education Innovation is responsible for leading the development and execution of educational strategies and programs that advance healthcare delivery through innovative learning practices. This senior leadership role ensures healthcare professionals have the skills, knowledge, and tools to meet the evolving needs of the dialysis industry. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in healthcare education, clinical training, and professional development, with a strong track record of integrating innovative technologies into nursing and medical learning. Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Strategic Leadership in Healthcare Education: - Develop and manage the vision and strategy for innovative educational programs aligned with organizational and clinical goals. - Identify emerging trends in healthcare education (e.g., simulation-based learning, telemedicine, artificial intelligence) and integrate them into organizational development initiatives. - Lead the design and implementation of new frameworks, curricula, and training programs for healthcare providers. - Innovation in Healthcare Learning Technologies: - Leverage advanced technologies to enhance retention and build comprehensive learning experiences. - Implement cutting-edge platforms (e.g., VR, e-learning, mobile learning) to improve clinical training. - Pilot and scale innovative technologies to increase accessibility, engagement, and knowledge retention. - Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: - Collaborate with clinical and operational leaders, educators, and technology partners to drive educational innovation. - Partner with internal departments (Clinical, Operations, HR, IT) to align programs with organizational objectives. - Build and maintain strong relationships with interdisciplinary care teams to assess needs and launch impactful programs. - Program Management and Implementation: - Lead educational innovation projects from concept through delivery, ensuring timely completion within budget. - Integrate innovative learning strategies into existing professional development and continuing education programs. - Oversee the development and delivery of clinical application training activities across corporate offices, remote facilities, staff, and physicians. - Data-Driven Impact Evaluation: - Apply analytics and learner feedback to assess program effectiveness and guide continuous improvement. - Track competency development outcomes and ensure compliance with accreditation standards. - Thought Leadership and Advocacy: - Stay current with best practices and research in healthcare education and innovation. - Represent the organization at conferences, seminars, and publications, advocating for the adoption of innovative educational practices. - Team Leadership and Development: - Lead and mentor a high-performing education innovation team, fostering creativity and collaboration. - Provide ongoing professional development to ensure team expertise remains at the forefront of healthcare education. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Education, Public Health, Instructional Design, or related field required. - Five to seven (5 - 7) years of experience in healthcare education, program management, or innovation; nephrology/dialysis experience preferred. - Demonstrated success in deploying innovative educational programs in a healthcare or clinical setting. - Strong familiarity with healthcare learning technologies (simulation, e-learning, data-driven tools). - Deep understanding of regulatory and accreditation requirements (CMS, ACGME, ANCC). - Ability to navigate complex healthcare environments and adapt strategies to diverse learner needs. - Exceptional communication, presentation, and advocacy skills. - Proven experience managing large-scale projects and organizational change initiatives. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with project management tools preferred. - Strong data analysis and reporting skills are desirable.

Role Description esVolta seeks motivated and energetic candidates to join our team as a Director, Project Development, reporting to the company’s Vice President of Development. The successful candidate will have experience with large-scale energy project development preferably with strong CAISO and WECC experience. Project Developers at esVolta are engaged in all aspects of the development cycle including: - Assessing the potential for energy storage in state and regional markets - Shaping regional go-to market strategies - Initiating and managing greenfield project developments - Managing external consultants - Assessing project economics - Developing proposals and executing revenue and/or hedge contracts with utility customers and other market offtakers - Participating in M&A opportunities This is an outstanding opportunity for motivated individuals to join a high-performing team and gain in-depth exposure to the fast-growing energy storage industry.
