What You Will Do - Develops and manages high performing team responsible for delivering products, technical solutions, and services in support of business goals and objectives - Establishes and leverages standards and frameworks to ensure successful program/initiative reporting, documentation, portfolio management, requirements definition and program/initiative execution and implementation - Provides leadership and oversight for business analysis and requirements practices, ensuring clear problem definition, traceable and high-quality requirements, alignment to business outcomes, and effective translation of business needs into delivery-ready work. - Develops strong partnerships with executive leadership, business stakeholders, and key delivery partners, managing stakeholder expectations and ensuring programs/initiatives—including scope and requirements—remain aligned to enterprise strategies. - Aligns leadership and processes across the enterprise, facilitating issue resolution across delivery, business analysis, and operational teams. - Develops portfolio/program level roadmaps and strategies; identifies and communicates enterprise level dependencies, risks/issues, and sequencing parameters, and requirements maturity impacts. - Demonstrates strong ability to deliver work in a matrixed environment including multitasking and overseeing the implementation of multiple initiatives, anticipating, and adapting to changes in the enterprise portfolio, applying capacity/demand analysis, and defining applicable metrics to measure performance - Demonstrates ability to leverage portfolio tools and methodologies to maximize portfolio planning, requirements traceability, and data-driven insights, while providing feedback to continuously improve delivery and business analysis effectiveness. - Builds, coaches, and matures the business analysis capability, including standards for requirements quality, intake, prioritization, and alignment to value realization.
