Content Marketing Manager
CE Learning Systems
• Execute the publishing calendar for The Catalyst (blog and digital newsletter) and YouTube content • Coordinate with staff and contractors to produce marketing content generally • Draft, edit, and publish blog content that reflects a clear, confident, and human brand voice with an eye toward SEO and AI SEO • Create written and video content that demonstrates strong understanding of our educational products and member value • Complete video editing and publishing tasks for YouTube • Engage with the membership platform and educational products to understand the member experience from the inside out • Evaluate the member journey regularly, working collaboratively with the team to identify opportunities to improve clarity, engagement, and overall value
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of content marketing or related experience
- Experience with SEO-informed content creation
- Comfortable producing and publishing blog and newsletter content
- Familiarity with video content workflows and YouTube publishing
- Strong written communication and editorial judgment
- Familiarity with, but not a dependence on, AI tools
- Ability to manage timelines and deliver consistent execution independently.

About the role:We are seeking an exceptional Senior Content Designer to join our Product Design Team. This role will report to the Head of Product Design. In this role, you’ll own all things related to our in-app content including the content system, voice / tone, processes, and the copy itself. You’ll collaborate across our teams with product, design, engineering, and marketing stakeholders to ensure our in app copy is clear, accurate, and consistent. Where you will work:This role is open to remote candidates across the U.S. For candidates based in New York City, the position follows a hybrid schedule with in-office work required Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday each week.
