Job Description

Account Manager, Molecular Diagnostics, QIAstat

QIAGEN

• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth for QIAstat-Dx systems and consumables • Identify, engage, and establish relationships with key stakeholders, including hospital administrators, laboratory managers, and clinicians • Provide product demonstrations, technical presentations, and hands-on training to potential customers • Collaborate with marketing and technical support teams to ensure successful product adoption and customer satisfaction • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to refine sales strategies • Manage the sales pipeline, track opportunities, and report progress using SFDC • Represent QIAGEN at industry conferences, trade shows, and customer events

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (Life Sciences, Business, or a related field of study preferred)
  • 5+ years diagnostic sales; hospital lab equipment/instrument/capital sales
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing customer relationships
  • Consistent top performer; President’s Club or similar
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience selling molecular diagnostic instruments in clinical or laboratory settings
