Sales Service Representative, Oracle Salesforce

Alithya

• Schedule introductory meetings with key players; • Execute discovery, assess competitive positioning, define offerings, plan demonstrations, and prepare the proposal; • Develop and execute a close plan; • Arrange reference calls; • Author Statements of Work; • Present portions of the proposal; • Negotiate terms and close the deal; • Use the CRM Sales Methodology and CRM System; • Reach out to Salesforce Manufacturing and Field Service teams to hold meetings, QBRs, and share success stories to generate leads; • Support legacy account teams and Salesforce teams with offerings, strategies, tactics, and account planning.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum five years of sales experience selling seven‑figure Salesforce projects and competing against large system integrators;
  • Experience selling Agentforce;
  • Experience selling Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud and Salesforce Field Service;
  • Prior sales experience at a Salesforce Consulting Partner or Salesforce Professional Services, ideally focused on Manufacturing or Field Service, with a strong preference for consulting‑partner experience;
  • Solid working knowledge of Salesforce architecture and capabilities across Manufacturing Cloud, Field Service, and Agentforce;
  • Proven record of exceeding multimillion‑dollar annual quotas;
  • Proven success closing multiple large Salesforce project deals;
  • Established relationships with Salesforce MAE Account Directors, RVPs, Partner Sales Managers, and other key Salesforce contacts, with equivalent Field Service relationships also applicable;
  • Deep understanding of enterprise applications technologies;
  • Strong executive presence and excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA);
  • Salesforce Admin Certification.
