Job Description

ServiceNow QA Tester

iTech AG

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand ServiceNow requirements and create test plans and test cases that align with business needs • Execute test cases and document test results, defects, and issues • Work closely with development teams to reproduce, analyze, and debug issues, and ensure that defects are resolved before software releases • Provide feedback on product quality and suggest process improvements to ensure that high-quality software is consistently delivered • Perform functional, regression, and integration testing, and participate in exploratory testing as required • Ensure that all testing activities are aligned with the Agile development process, and participate in Agile ceremonies as required • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a QA Tester with ServiceNow platforms with manual testing experience, and experience working with enterprise software in large teams
  • Strong knowledge and experience of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
  • Experience working in an Agile development process, and familiarity with Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
  • Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years of experience as a QA Tester, at least one of those in a ServiceNow platform.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust
