• Research and identify target accounts within our ICP (independent and regional car rental operators across North America) • Run multi-channel outbound campaigns (phone, email, LinkedIn) to generate interest and book discovery meetings • Qualify prospects against defined criteria before handing off to the Director of Sales • Maintain CRM hygiene - ensure accurate contact data, activity logging, and pipeline notes that the team can trust • Iterate on messaging and sequences based on what's working; share learnings with the team • Hit and exceed monthly qualified meeting targets - quality over quantity, but both matter
Job Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in a B2B sales or BDR role (SaaS preferred)
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding outbound activity and meeting targets
- Comfortable on the phone - you can hold a conversation and handle objections without a script
- Strong written communication for email sequences and LinkedIn outreach
- Self-starter who thrives in a building environment without heavy handholding
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal, is essential
- Legally authorized to work in the US
- Experience in vertical SaaS, rental/fleet, automotive, or transportation industries (preferred)
- Familiarity with modern sales tools (HubSpot, Outreach, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) (preferred)
- Interest in AI products and ability to articulate technical value in simple terms (preferred)

Job Description As a Business Development Manager, Multi-Family for our Fortune Brands Innovations, you will be developing a market strategy focused on owners, developers, architects, and asset management firms to expand the Outdoors product portfolio market share. You will be working with other territory managers and supporting distributors, fabricators, dealer partners within the market.
