Role Description The Director, Product & Technology Strategy & Enablement is responsible for designing and operating internal systems that drive execution within Product and Technology. This strategic role partners closely with the CPTO and senior leadership to translate evolving strategies into structured operating rhythms, scalable enablement programs, and measurable AI adoption. The position oversees mechanisms that foster alignment, capability growth, and cultural reinforcement, leading a small team to ensure improved decision clarity, accelerated workforce productivity, and sustained adoption of AI practices across the organization. Key Responsibilities - Architect and evolve the executive operating system, ensuring leadership forums drive decisions, accountability, and strategic alignment. - Set standards for agendas, pre-reads, and meeting outputs to increase decision velocity and reduce ambiguity. - Design and run leadership offsites to translate strategy into clear commitments and execution plans. - Plan Product and Technology all-hands events, ensuring consistent agendas, speakers, logistics, and employee experience across regions. - Translate AI strategy into structured learning programs that drive measurable adoption and behavior change. - Activate and scale internal AI communities of practice, champion networks, and knowledge-sharing mechanisms. - Identify capability gaps related to AI, architecture evolution, and emerging tooling in partnership with engineering and product leaders. - Curate targeted learning pathways and resources aligned to organizational priorities. - Lead and continuously improve quarterly recognition programs, aligning criteria to reinforce strategic behaviors. - Integrate recognition moments into leadership forums and organizational milestones to strengthen cultural coherence. - Design scalable, low-friction operating mechanisms that are lightweight, automated, and sustainable. - Continuously simplify workflows and remove unnecessary processes to ensure effectiveness at scale. Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in business operations, organizational development, engineering enablement, or a closely related function within a technology organization. - Demonstrated experience designing and scaling operating rhythms, communities of practice, or workforce enablement programs in technical environments. - Experience driving adoption of new tools or practices across engineering teams, ideally including AI or automation initiatives. - Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent programs with distinct stakeholders and cadences while maintaining quality and clarity. - Experience leading small teams with accountability for both output quality and team development. - Strong executive communication skills, including the ability to synthesize data and present structured insights to senior leadership. - Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools, including SharePoint, Teams, Viva, and Power Automate, for operational delivery and knowledge management. Preferred Qualifications - Experience with learning management systems or technical enablement platforms. - A track record of building durable processes that operate effectively at organizational scale. - Experience engaging technical audiences credibly on AI adoption and behavior change. - Ability to translate ambiguous executive priorities into structured programs with clear outcomes and governance. Role Description The Equipment Finance Regional Director is responsible for marketing a range of both equipment finance lending and leasing products to medium and large commercial clients within assigned territory. - Results driven and capable of working independently to identify prospects in their territory and maintain a sustained calling strategy. - Understands and incorporates AUEF’s target market criteria (credit profile, pricing, and structuring) in their strategy. - Strong understanding of the sales process, credit analysis, and excels at generating leads and closing deals. - Works with Middle Market Relationship Managers and Treasury Management Officers to market other commercial bank products and services. - Develops and maintains high-quality relationships, with an emphasis on companies with revenues greater than $15 million. - Responsible for retaining and expanding existing customer relationships. - Prepares correspondence, proposals, commitment letters, credit submittals, and documentation requests as required. - Expands existing knowledge base of equipment finance and other commercial banking products and services. - Ensures portfolio administration and risk management of each client relationship is in compliance with established credit policy, procedure, and business strategy. - Identifies and successfully capitalizes on cross-sell opportunities and makes appropriate referrals. - Executes a call program to develop new and existing customer relationships and to identify potential customers. - Maintains pipeline of existing relationships and new prospects. - Assists in mentoring teammates, including prospecting/calling, credit analysis, financial spreading, and underwriting. - Ensures that all work is in compliance with applicable policies, procedures, laws, regulations, and guidelines. - Other Duties as Assigned. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred) in finance, banking, or other related field. - Minimum 10 years of equipment finance sales experience. - Experience with SuperTrump, TValue, Infoanalysis, and Customer Relationship Management systems. Requirements - Strong credit and analytical skills. - Ability to independently manage a specialty line of lending (equipment finance) and complex lending structures. - Very strong professional writing skills; can articulate a customer’s business needs succinctly and accurately. - Demonstrates effective problem-solving and excellent collaboration and interpersonal communication skills. - Possesses excellent equipment finance lending and leasing product knowledge. - Ability to make knowledgeable loan decisions based on information supplied by the customer verified through a rigorous underwriting process. - Strong ability to structure loans and strong credit skills. - Proven track record with sales and new business development in conjunction with exceeding sales goals. - Ability to work well in a sales-driven environment. - Ability to manage multiple tasks at one time without supervision. - Knowledge of applicable laws and regulatory compliance related to commercial lending. - Proficient computer skills with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
