• Reporting to the Director, Workday Architect, the HRIS Analyst will play an important role as a subject matter expert for Workday, with a focus on HCM and Reporting. • In conjunction with the HRIS team, this position will be responsible for Workday support on People functions: Configuration, maintenance and optimization, ensuring data integrity, system efficiency, and alignment with business objectives. • Assist with the design, build, and rollout of new People technology solutions that support a growing and global workforce. • Translate business needs into system requirements and deliver clean, scalable solutions that improve how we work. • Configure Workday modules, including HCM and Compensation and Reporting and manage business processes to match company policies. • Design, develop, and test standard and custom reports, dashboards and hubs in Workday across various modules, to provide actionable data insights. • Conduct regular system audits, perform data analysis and validation to ensure the integrity and accuracy of information. • Act as the main point of contact for Workday helpdesk tickets. Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions. • Develop and deliver job aids and training to end-users on Workday functionalities and best practices. • Stay current with Workday releases and new features, assessing their applicability and implementing relevant enhancements. • Prepare and deliver regular reports to HR leadership and other stakeholders. • Assist with other HRIS projects as needed.
• Responsible to prospect, establish and grow a broad base of group accounts that enable the portfolio and individual business units to meet and/or exceed set revenue goals. • Work diligently to develop and maintain knowledge of macro and micro market trends, competition, and customers. • Travel up to 50% of the time is an expectation of associate availability and responsibility in this role. • Be based in-market (ideally located in MN, WI, IL, IN, OH or IA) • Solicit new and existing accounts to meet/exceed revenue goals through telephone and email solicitation, in person sales calls, site inspections (as necessary to attend), signature events, and trade shows. • Attend and participate in leading organization of industry trade shows, community events and meetings. • Prepare correspondence to customers, internal booking reports and file maintenance. • Participate in pre-convention meetings (as requested/necessary), training and other sales-related meetings as required.

• Responsible for the successful management and performance of all IT operations at each property • Lead the IT Department to provide around-the-clock technology support • Implement efficient processes and procedures for property level requests for support • Provision and resolve technology problems as requested • Implement, maintain, backup and administer all installed technology • Ensure functional integration of network and database server software and LAN hardware/software components • Recommend appropriate action where performance is below objective
• Responsible for functioning as the hotel’s strategic financial business leader. • Champions, develops and implements hotel-wide strategies that deliver products and services to meet or exceed the needs and expectations of guests, associates, co-workers and owners. • Creates and execute a business plan that is aligned with the hotel’s business strategy with a primary focus on the execution of financial and accounting activities and the delivery of financial results. • Ensure hotel/resort’s books and records are in compliance with GAAP, Uniform System of Accounts for the Lodging Industry and local, state and federal laws. • Ensure all periodic reports are prepared and distributed in timely and accurate manner. • Develop a trusting and effective business partnership with property ownership by understanding the various operating agreements and owners return on investment (ROI) expectations. • Hire, develop and retain a diverse workforce to provide strong functional expertise and effective financial leadership to the property and the discipline. • Create and sustain a work environment that focuses on fair and equitable treatment and associate satisfaction to enable business success.
