The Sales Representative is responsible for identifying opportunities in new markets and growth areas, driving the development of the different product lines. Leveraging deep knowledge of products and markets, this role defines line-specific strategies within the division and oversees planning processes that establish short-, mid-, and long-term objectives, priorities, and programs to achieve them. The Sales Representative provides technical, scientific, and marketing support to local and regional distribution channels (BCLA) to meet sales targets. This role ensures results through integrated sales and marketing plans and collaborates with executive leadership on the definition, review, and implementation of processes through effective team leadership. This position reports to the Country Manager in Puerto Rico and is part of the Sales Team. The role is based in Puerto Rico and works remotely while covering the southern area of the Island.
