Job Description

Building Optimization – Account Manager

CLEAResult

• Act as a representative to the customer's organization. • Establish and build relationships in local, regional, and national markets. • Manage and promptly resolve customer concerns. • Record, track customer interactions in accordance with the corporation's procedures. • Verify product installations and that all paperwork received is accurate and complete. • Identify opportunities for a variety of building optimization projects, train on technical specifications and program requirements, and communicate program changes. • Develop strategies to drive increased savings acquisition. • Work with engineering and program to research and analyze current and future technical specifications and requirements. • Prepare sales forecasts. • Troubleshoot technical issues, determine a solution in accordance with product and customer specifications, and recommend solutions.

Job Requirements

  • 7+ years of relevant industry experience
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Relevant industry certifications could replace work experience

In this role, you will partner with assigned customers to understand their project needs and develop solutions and services that drive project success.
