Sales Relationship Specialist

• Reach out to dealers to resolve any active customer complaints • Maintain a list of active complaints for easy tracking • Follow up on outstanding customer complaints with dealers • Work with outside sales reps and management to escalate complaints as needed • Review and process new dealer onboarding packets • Track dealer onboarding process to ensure compliance with SLAs • Review, track, and decision all Aquabuck inquiries and submissions from internal staff and other departments • Ensure dealer compliance with all state and federal license requirements • Effectively communicate approved finance programs and promotions

Job Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in Business, Business Administration, or related field, or commensurate work experience
  • 3 years of experience in Reporting, Sales, or Customer Service, or related work experience
  • 6 months as a Dealer Support Specialist and/or equivalent industry experience preferred
  • Financial industry experience preferred
  • Attention to detail and accuracy required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
  • Proficient in the utilization of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
