Vertical Marketing Manager, Financial Services
Domino Data Lab
• Build and execute vertical campaigns in partnership with vertical PMMs and the broader vertical team—turning vertical insights, messaging, and priorities into integrated demand programs • Plan and run account-based marketing (ABM) plays for target accounts, including personalization, multi-channel orchestration, and tight alignment with Sales follow-up • Engage senior FSI decision-makers in top accounts through high-touch, white-glove events and executive programs tailored to Data Science and IT leaders, strengthening Domino’s credibility and influence in the market • Partner with Demand Gen channel owners (email, digital, web, paid social) and Marketing Ops/systems to activate campaigns, improve targeting, optimize conversion, and scale what works • Serve as a trusted partner to GTM stakeholders (Sales, RevOps, Customer Success, Professional Services) to align on account selection, goals, follow-up motions, and measurement tied to pipeline and revenue outcomes • Own Domino’s presence at vertical industry events (first- and third-party, as applicable), including program strategy, audience targeting, pre-/at-/post-event activation, and pipeline attribution • Own measurement and reporting against quarterly goals for qualified pipeline and revenue impact, continuously iterating based on performance insights. Manage budgets and vendors with strong operational rigor and ROI focus
Job Requirements
- Demonstrated experience partnering closely with Sales to drive pipeline and revenue outcomes
- FSI vertical expertise with demonstrated experience planning and executing integrated campaigns, account-based marketing programs, and executive-level events that resonate with senior buyers
- Strong field and executive marketing operator with deep experience delivering high-touch programs, executive engagements, and field initiatives in close collaboration with sales teams
- Disciplined, strategic planner skilled in outcome-aligned budget management and precise execution across campaigns, events, and programs
- Technically fluent and operationally strong, comfortable working across Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, and modern tools (including LLMs) to measure impact and optimize performance
- Excellent program management and stakeholder management skills; ability to run multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
