• Support the market share growth of high voltage Disconnect Switches (DSC) in North America region • Develop business strategy to meet order intake and profitability targets • Understand the RFQ / Customer's demand • Trigger the tendering process: Go/No Go, target price setting, value proposition parameters, winning strategies • Prepare and submit compliant and attractive offers • Negotiate contracts: lead clarification process, resolve open concerns • Develop and execute a plan to grow products, to target markets and identify key accounts • Partner with the regional commercial teams to drive market share growth • Provide leadership and support to channel partners • Maintain commercial databases with up-to-date and accurate information • Lead process improvement initiatives aligned with the GE Vernova Lean program
