We value experience and skills and welcome candidates from diverse educational backgrounds. - Proficiency in Figma is required. - Comfort with AI-powered design and productivity tools (e.g., AI features within Figma, ChatGPT, or similar) and a willingness to integrate them into your workflow. - Experience implementing user research methods such as surveys, interviews, usability testing, and data analysis to gather actionable insights. Familiarity with the Maze user testing platform is a plus. - Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions to various stakeholders. - Self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively. - Digital healthcare experience is not required but preferred. Experience & Skills - 5+ years of experience designing products that have been used by end users and clients at scale - Proven track record of solving complex real-world problems with strategic thinking and elegant, user-centered solutions - Proficiency with the full design toolkit: wireframing, user flows, high-fidelity mocks, prototyping, user interviews, and usability testing - Expert-level skills with design tools like Figma, including advanced features like components and design libraries - Experience maintaining visual and interaction consistency by working within established design systems and contributing to their evolution - Strong visual design foundation with attention to detail and pixel-perfect execution - Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and inclusive design principles - Experience designing responsive Web/Mobile experiences - Understanding of HTML/CSS and development constraints - Experience designing AI-powered features that enhance user workflows and personalize experiences is a plus - Familiarity with GenAI tools to accelerate workflows is a plus Preferred Qualifications Independent ownership: You can take projects from problem definition through execution, managing stakeholder relationships and driving decisions without constant guidance.
