• Work across SeatGeek, our clients, customers, and suppliers to ensure projects are scoped, planned, managed and delivered to the highest standards from handover through to project completion • Own the creation and maintenance of project plans, ensuring adhesion to the project management methodology and contracted terms of business, including ongoing maintenance of project documentation • Drive projects to meet specified business outcomes • Coordinate and manage implementation/technical tasks related to SaaS software implementations, technology transformation or business process optimization. For client scope this includes data conversions, installation, custom developments, customizations, training and system build, including 3rd party hardware and software ordering. Specifics on scope will vary based on the type of project being managed • Manage dependencies across projects and teams • Prepare and maintain Risk Registers and Issue Logs for evaluation and review during and at the completion of a project • Clarify, evaluate and advise on real and potential risk, drafting and implementing mitigation plans • Coordinate and chair internal and client meetings • Collate/create and distribute project status reporting • Influence a culture of collaboration and accountability through the successful management of project deliverables • Contribute to an ongoing review of internal working procedures to identify and implement improvements relating to project delivery, mainly stemming from project retrospectives • Manage internal change projects and ongoing business processes that require SeatGeek resources or third-party involvement
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of work experience, 2+ years of project management experience, preferably in technology implementations, across the complete project lifecycle
- Sound foundational knowledge of project management methodologies
- Enterprise software knowledge and what it takes to deliver projects in a fast moving environment
- Experience in a software delivery; knowledge of or having worked in the ticketing industry would be beneficial
- Experience leveraging project management platforms to maintain oversight of tasks, timelines, and accountability from kickoff through completion
- Proven ability and willingness to leverage AI technologies to streamline processes and improve work output
- Process driven approach. You are constantly looking to refine and tweak processes to improve delivery quality, while not allowing that need for constant improvement to stand in the way of execution
- Track record of consistent delivery to the highest standards as demonstrated through client and internal stakeholder feedback, and the consistency of delivering projects to budget, scope, and timeline
- High attention to detail and diligently work to ensure all elements of your projects are in control and up-to-date. You are incredibly organized and diligent when it comes to documentation
- Collaboration skills. You get along well with others and work well across teams. You are firm but fair and you aren’t afraid to hold people accountable. You are skilled at influencing without authority
- Adaptability and ability to balance the need to maintain structure, with tolerance for the unexpected
- Ability to challenge and be challenged in a constructive way, including your thoughtful opinions about project management software and tools and their uses

The ELFSVEP portfolio places highly qualified U.S. English language educators in assignments worldwide, both in-person and virtually, to strengthen English language education, support teacher professional development, and advance U.S. public diplomacy priorities through educational engagement. The Project Director will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for this complex international exchange initiative. Responsibilities include: - Overseeing recruitment and management of participant pools. - Supporting matching of educators to embassy-developed projects. - Coordinating closely with U.S. embassies and Regional English Language Officers (RELOs). - Ensuring high-quality program implementation in alignment with ECA priorities and U.S. foreign policy objectives. - Serving as the primary liaison with ECA. - Managing a multidisciplinary program team. - Overseeing program monitoring and evaluation. - Ensuring compliance with federal grant requirements.
