Working Hours This is a fully remote role; however, candidates must be able to work with significant overlap with U.S. Eastern Standard Time (EST) to support client collaboration, meetings, and implementation activities. Role Overview The Technical Software Implementation Manager is responsible for managing and delivering end-to-end client implementations of Gong, HubSpot, and related RevOps systems. This role acts as the primary point of contact for clients and owns the full lifecycle of implementation projects, from discovery and solution design to deployment, testing, and transition to ongoing support. This position sits at the intersection of project management, technical implementation, and RevOps consulting. The successful candidate will work closely with revenue leaders to translate business objectives into technical configurations while ensuring projects are delivered on time and according to best practices. Key Responsibilities Project Ownership Lead Gong and HubSpot implementation projects from initial discovery through successful delivery, including kickoff, configuration, testing, training, and transition to ongoing support. Client Engagement Serve as the primary liaison and trusted advisor to client stakeholders including Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and IT teams. Provide a consultative experience that aligns technology implementation with business objectives. Technical Delivery Design, configure, and deploy Gong and HubSpot solutions. Manage data migrations, integrations, and custom workflows using internal tools, APIs, and other RevOps technologies. Stakeholder Communication Facilitate regular project updates, manage expectations, and navigate complex stakeholder environments across technical and non-technical teams. Quality Assurance Ensure technical accuracy, scalability, and adherence to implementation best practices across all deliverables. Cross Functional Collaboration Work closely with Solutions Architects, RevOps consultants, and developers to deliver comprehensive technical solutions. Continuous Improvement Contribute to internal process improvements, documentation, playbooks, and knowledge sharing across the implementation team. Required Skills and Experience - Candidates should have at least 1.5 years of experience in software implementation, RevOps delivery, or technical consulting, ideally within a services agency or consulting environment. - Strong experience working with Gong and or HubSpot is required. Platform certifications are considered a strong advantage. - Experience with Salesforce configuration, integration, or administration is highly desirable and considered a significant advantage. - The ideal candidate demonstrates the ability to manage complex implementation projects while translating business goals into technical system configurations. - Exceptional communication and client management skills are required, including the ability to lead conversations with both executive stakeholders and operational teams. - Candidates should have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously. - A proactive mindset, bias for action, and passion for helping clients achieve operational success are essential for this role. Preferred Qualifications HubSpot, Gong, or Salesforce certifications. Experience working within high-growth SaaS companies, RevOps agencies, or professional services environments. Familiarity with project management tools such as ClickUp or similar platforms used for project tracking and client delivery.
