Role Description As a Technical Solutions Architect at our fast-growing RevOps and GTM consultancy, you’ll be at the intersection of strategy, systems design, and execution. You’ll play a vital role in guiding our clients through the complexities of revenue technology transformation. From pre-sales to post-implementation, you’ll lead technical discovery, architect scalable solutions, and ensure flawless delivery of RevOps and GTM systems with a special focus on HubSpot. We’re looking for a high-impact, highly consultative thinker who can translate business needs into technical strategies and implement them with precision. Key Responsibilities - Pre-Sales & Discovery: - Partner with Account Executives and Strategists to engage in technical discovery with prospects. - Lead solutioning conversations and translate complex business requirements into scalable technical designs. - Provide input into scope of work (SoW) documents, level of effort (LOE) estimates, and project roadmaps. - Build trust with key stakeholders by demonstrating platform mastery and business acumen. - Architecture & Strategy: - Architect full-stack revenue systems—CRM, Marketing Automation, RevOps data layers, and GTM tech stacks. - Design and document integration architectures across platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Gong, Clay, ZoomInfo, and Snowflake. - Architect and oversee system migrations from legacy CRMs/automation platforms to HubSpot. - Define technical strategy for multi-phase projects and guide internal and external stakeholders through execution. - Implementation & Execution: - Lead implementation of HubSpot CRM and Hubs (Marketing, Sales, Service, Ops) with complex use cases. - Build advanced automation, custom objects, workflows, reporting frameworks, and role-based configurations. - Design and implement custom integrations using APIs, middleware (e.g., Workato, Tray.io), and custom scripts. - Configure data models, sync engines, and data hygiene strategies to maintain system integrity and reporting accuracy. - Collaboration & Leadership: - Serve as the technical lead across Tiger Teams (Revenue Architect, Solutions Architect, Admin, PM, etc.). - Collaborate with Project Managers to align project scope and timelines with technical realities. - Mentor junior technologists and ensure knowledge sharing across the solutions and delivery teams. Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in technical architecture roles, ideally within a GTM, RevOps, or Martech consultancy. - 3+ years of deep, hands-on experience in HubSpot implementation and customization (Marketing, Sales, Service, Ops). - Demonstrated expertise in building end-to-end RevOps architectures with integrations between CRMs, MAPs, data tools, and analytics. - Fluency in API protocols, webhooks, custom scripting (e.g., JavaScript, Python), and middleware tools. - Strong grasp of GTM strategy, sales/marketing funnels, lead lifecycle, and customer journey mapping. - Proven ability to scope and design technical projects with cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders. - Experience with project estimation, technical documentation, and stakeholder communications.

Role Overview The Technical Software Implementation Manager is responsible for managing and delivering end-to-end client implementations of Gong, HubSpot, and related RevOps systems. This role acts as the primary point of contact for clients and owns the full lifecycle of implementation projects, from discovery and solution design to deployment, testing, and transition to ongoing support. This position sits at the intersection of project management, technical implementation, and RevOps consulting. The successful candidate will work closely with revenue leaders to translate business objectives into technical configurations while ensuring projects are delivered on time and according to best practices. Key Responsibilities Project Ownership Lead Gong and HubSpot implementation projects from initial discovery through successful delivery, including kickoff, configuration, testing, training, and transition to ongoing support. Client Engagement Serve as the primary liaison and trusted advisor to client stakeholders including Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and IT teams. Provide a consultative experience that aligns technology implementation with business objectives. Technical Delivery Design, configure, and deploy Gong and HubSpot solutions. Manage data migrations, integrations, and custom workflows using internal tools, APIs, and other RevOps technologies. Stakeholder Communication Facilitate regular project updates, manage expectations, and navigate complex stakeholder environments across technical and non-technical teams. Quality Assurance Ensure technical accuracy, scalability, and adherence to implementation best practices across all deliverables. Cross Functional Collaboration Work closely with Solutions Architects, RevOps consultants, and developers to deliver comprehensive technical solutions. Continuous Improvement Contribute to internal process improvements, documentation, playbooks, and knowledge sharing across the implementation team. Required Skills and Experience - Candidates should have at least 1.5 years of experience in software implementation, RevOps delivery, or technical consulting, ideally within a services agency or consulting environment. - Strong experience working with Gong and or HubSpot is required. Platform certifications are considered a strong advantage. - Experience with Salesforce configuration, integration, or administration is highly desirable and considered a significant advantage. - The ideal candidate demonstrates the ability to manage complex implementation projects while translating business goals into technical system configurations. - Exceptional communication and client management skills are required, including the ability to lead conversations with both executive stakeholders and operational teams. - Candidates should have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously. - A proactive mindset, bias for action, and passion for helping clients achieve operational success are essential for this role. Preferred Qualifications HubSpot, Gong, or Salesforce certifications. Experience working within high-growth SaaS companies, RevOps agencies, or professional services environments. Familiarity with project management tools such as ClickUp or similar platforms used for project tracking and client delivery.
