Position Overview The Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for generating enterprise-qualified pipeline to support a $3.235M regional revenue target and contribute to the $6.5M overall company objective within a 10‑month operating cycle. This role functions as the structured pipeline engine for the VP of Sales and is accountable for disciplined outbound execution, strategic account penetration, multi-threaded engagement, and VP-validated opportunity creation. This is a performance-based, development-track role designed to transition into a Junior Account Executive position within 6–12 months based on sustained KPI achievement.
