Location: Remote PositionPay Range: $52,395.20 - $92,164.80 Position Summary The Marketing Projects Coordinator provides support for a wide range of print, digital, media and special events projects. The position interacts closely with creative services, internal stakeholders and external vendors and partners to ensure marketing projects are delivered on time, within budget and on scope. This position requires strong organizational and project management skills, the ability to balance multiple priorities, and a proactive approach to supporting evolving marketing and communications initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detailed oriented and process focused, moving with clarity, speed, and accuracy for cross-functional coordination of projects. The Marketing Projects Coordinator helps to anchor the team to success by being a strong communicator, and able to anticipate roadblocks and proactively resolve them. This position requires experience with managing print and digital content, understanding the print production process, a basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and working with a project management software such as Workzone, Wrike or similar platforms. Experience working with an ad agency, knowledge of project management methodologies and background in healthcare or a related field is preferred.
